Meet Our Founder

Tosha Boyd, MPH, LSSBB

From a very early age Tosha was known to thrive in organized structured environments. This carried over into her career where, if an organization lacked structure Tosha was eager to establish it.  Tosha started her career in healthcare as a Medical Record Clerk at a county hospital. After holding various positions, to include a Registrar, Billing Clerk and Case Manager, Tosha could not help but to realize how broken and fragmented the healthcare industry was. As a result, she took her problem solving skills into the field of Quality, starting out in quality assurance, where she was responsible for monitoring the compliance of a statewide HIV Medicaid Case Management program certifying agencies to become Medicaid providers. This position sparked a fire in Tosha and greatly fed her strengths - highly detailed, organized, and analytical - so much so that when the position ended she strategically positioned herself to deepen her career in quality by studying to become a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. This highly coveted, and world-renowned, certification gave Tosha the skill set and confidence she needed to help organizations save millions of dollars simply by standardizing and streamlining processes leading to the provision of quality services and better patient outcomes.

In addition to being a certified LSSBB, Tosha holds a Master's of Public Health degree from Indiana University and a graduate level certificate in Field Epidemiology from the University of North Carolina. As a life long learner, Tosha routinely participates in professional development opportunities to increase her business acumen.

Tosha's friends describe her as a dynamic woman who is solution driven, goal-oriented, and resilient.
