***For established businesses ONLY*** Brand new businesses that have NOT yet provided their services/programs should set-up a Discovery Call first. A process map is a visual representation of what your business (or program) does and who does it. How it works: • The Leo Process will guide client through a discussion to learn about the steps (e.g., process referrals, register, collect payment) the business takes to bring in revenue • Collectively, the client and The Leo Process will map out the entire business process from the time the business receives a new patient/client/consumer through billing/payment collection • After the call The Leo Process will fine tune the map and notify the client that the map is ready for review • The Client and The Leo Process will meet after the client has had the time to review the final draft (usually within 48 hours) to make any final revisions • Once all changes are made, the client signs off on work Value: • Have a single source of truth pertaining to how the business should operate • Identify improvement opportunities • Drive consistency • Provide a visual instead of a bullet point list • Serve as an orientation tool
